The front of the cab, before doing any work. This is the original bush dash, minus some interior trim, and a messily-wired switch console on the left. When I first got the bus, the whole thing was this grimy.

The unfinished outside front of the bus. After this picture was taken, a sizeable tree branch fell and took out the driver's side mirror and left a gash in that corner.

I bought a bus on eBay for $660. I tore it down, I rebuilt it into a home and now I live in it.

This was one of the largest jobs on the bus. The painting is almost done; there is mostly just detail work left. I also need to build an antenna platform, and reinstall my solar array.

The cab ended up being one of the later projects on the bus.

I built a loft in the bus, over the cab and extending over the hood (see the floorplan).

The kitchen (see the floorplan) is set on top of the rear wheels, forward of the bathroom and aft of the main area. It's about 80 ft², or a third of my total floor area.
